  • These rates represent each therapist’s full, standard fee.

  • We accept credit cards via our client portal for secure, convenient payment.

  • Affordability matters to us. We know not everyone can pay full cost all the time. Each therapist reserves part of their schedule for reduced-rate sessions for clients who are committed but have financial constraints. If that’s you, please ask — we’re here to help.

Why Private Pay Can Be Valuable

Working with a private pay therapist in Texas offers unique benefits. Because we aren’t tied to insurance requirements, your therapy can be more flexible and completely tailored to you. We don’t have to assign a diagnosis just to justify treatment, limit the number of sessions you can have, or stick to one specific approach.

Instead, you and your therapist decide what feels most helpful, at a pace that makes sense for your life. This means your care is truly centered on you—your goals, your values, and your healing journey. For many clients, this freedom makes online counseling in Texas more supportive, personal, and effective.

Insurance & Out-of-Network Benefits

We operate as out-of-network providers, which means we do not bill your insurance directly. But many health plans offer out-of-network reimbursement for psychotherapy.

Here’s how to check with your plan:

  1. Ask: “Does my health plan cover outpatient mental health services?”

  2. Find out your deductible and whether it’s been met

  3. Ask what your plan covers before and after the deductible

  4. See if there’s a session limit per year

  5. Ask if you need a referral or approval from your primary care provider

If your plan offers out-of-network reimbursement, we’ll provide you with a superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance for partial (or sometimes full) reimbursement, depending on your coverage. Learn more about superbills and out-of-network coverage here.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you may be charged the full session rate.
