Being a therapist is deeply rewarding—and deeply challenging. We hold space for other people’s pain while navigating our own humanity, our doubts, and the complexities of clinical work.

Sometimes what we need most is a safe, supportive place to process the work we do.

That’s where consultation and mentorship come in. And because I care about supporting clinicians in this field, I offer these services free of charge.

I’ll bring a mix of clinical precision, deep empathy, and genuine warmth to our work together.

I also believe consultation should be collaborative, not hierarchical. You already bring wisdom to the table. My role is to offer a mirror, perspective, and mentorship that help you sharpen your skills and trust yourself even more.
